TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our animals are all captive born animals, we are strictly breeders,  we guarantee our animals to be 100% healthy, properly sexed, parasite free and live arrival is guaranteed. Our primary courier is Federal Express and Delta Dash, other arrangements can be made upon request.  We are also Delta Certified, licensed importer and exporters internationally and CITIES accommodations are available.  Please contact us for further information.  Please note this is strictly at our discretion.  Upon arrival, you have twenty four hours (24 hours) to notify us of any issues, after that time there will be no refunds.  Overnight shipping charges vary depending on location, price will be provided before shipment.  We ship daily Monday thru Friday domestically.  For international orders, CITIES permit will cost approximately $250.00, the health certification will cost approximately $100.00- $250.00, depending on size of order.  The health certification is only needed,  if required.  The shipping  prices internationally usually range from $100.00 -150.00 to Canada and $400.00 - $600.00 to other parts of the world.

Payments plans are available with a 20% deposit, nonrefundable.  Time frame of such payment plans are individually customized with individual contract. We do accept cashier's checks, money orders, and bank wires,  also personal checks are accepted, but they must clear the bank before shipment.  We also except paypal, which should be sent to dmbreeders@aol.com, visa, mastercard and discover.

Advance deposits on animals anticipated for coming year is 10% to 20% depending on animal, and of course this is refundable immediately if animal is not produced or carried over for another purchase, if you choose this option.

For your protection and ours, all of our heterozygous boas and pythons are accompanied with an affidavit of authenticity, which includes a picture of the animal, date of birth and proof of purchase from D & M Breeders, Inc. for your convenience.  We only provide this certificate with animals that we produced.
